Over the last 7 years, Elise has grown from Marketing Coordinator to Studio Operations Manager. In her role at leading architecture and design practice, Studio Nine Architects, Elise has helped shape the company’s evolution, focussing on brand, positioning and building a strong culture.

As the Co-Chair of She Creates, Elise has played a key role in expanding our reach and impact – creating unique and valuable events for the ever growing community. Her marketing expertise and passion for connection have helped foster the thriving community we celebrate today.

With an energetic three year old, Elise (attempts to) balance her focus on family life, career and giving back to the community, wanting to always give everything her all.

Taylor is the General Manager of Simple, one of South Australia’s leading full-service marketing agencies. 

Over her eight-year career, she has worked her way from Account Coordinator to agency leadership, helping guide a 40+ person team to deliver award-winning campaigns with national and international impact.  

Beyond her role at Simple, Taylor has been a driving force in South Australia’s creative community — having served as Co-President of the Adelaide Advertising & Design Club, Chair of Awards, and co-founder of She Creates, an initiative supporting women in the creative communications industry. 

Fiercely passionate about people, culture and meaningful creativity, she continues to champion the industry she loves while creating pathways for the next generation of talent.

Niccola is a Creative Director passionate about crafting culturally resonant work that drives change. With a background in art direction and fine arts, she combines artistic vision with strategic expertise.

Niccola has worked with Australia’s biggest brands, including Commonwealth Bank and Woolworths Group, and led global campaigns for Mastercard, AMEX, Toyota, Audi, and Volkswagen. Her work has been recognised across advertising, design, photography, and sculpture awards, and she has judged at Cannes Lions and other international award shows.

Committed to diversity in advertising, she founded Power of Ten, a mentoring program for female creatives, and was a panelist at Vivid Sydney’s Make Nice. She also played a key role in AWARD School, serving as National Head and Chair.

After over 12 years at M&C Saatchi as Head of Art and Creative Director, Niccola is bringing her expertise and creative leadership to Fuller. With a track record of shaping brands, mentoring talent, and championing innovation, she continues to push our creative team forward and inspire our clients with her thoughtful and impactful creative approach.

Sarah is a mum-of-two, Founder & Managing Director of independent agency Ten Past Ten and current Co-President of the Adelaide Advertising & Design Club. Five years ago, she balanced a three-year old business, a toddler and a newborn in her arms. Today, she talks to us about purpose, perspective and how her people-pleasing personality usually ends up with her baking at midnight. While she’s still learning the art of prioritising, she thrives on the thrill of the juggle.

Sarah drives strategic and innovative solutions for clients across international, national, and local brands. She has worked in Adelaide and Sydney, delivering B2C and B2B strategy, branding, and advertising across retail, FMCG, healthcare, education, and finance. Passionate about people and creativity, she champions the industry she loves while creating pathways for the next generation of talent.

Francesca is a Freelance Graphic Designer and Art Director based in Adelaide, South Australia.

She first made her mark as a finalist in the 2019 AGDA Awards, placing in three categories. In 2022, she graduated from AWARD School, placing 2nd in SA with nine out of ten briefs landing on “The Wall” (the judges’ top picks), all while cutting her teeth as a Junior Art Director at Showpony Advertising.

By 2023, Francesca had swapped the agency desk for freelancing and hasn’t looked back. Her branding for Tonino was named a finalist at the 2024 AADC Awards, and since then she’s collaborated with brands including Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt, The Oodie, Tonino, and Wildfire Shoes.

She’s all about creating brands with brains and personality, the kind that make people stop, smile, and remember. And with plenty more ideas up her sleeve, she’s just getting warmed up.
